A congress thrives on the exchange and the expertise of the participating experts – Come along with your experiences and contribute your own ideas at one of the panels. A call for papers will be announced with the official invitation in January 2019. Our congress language is English.
Thursday, 19 September 2019
The first day of the congress will focus on the challenges of glocalisation and topics including migration and integration, human rights, Agenda 2030, the tasks facing religions and the “social Europe”.
Friday, 20 September 2019
The second day will consider the specific tasks of higher education in a glocal world, with topics including the professionalisation of areas of activity, social innovation, brain circulation, digitisation and applied sciences.
Saturday, 21 September 2019
To conclude, we offer various excursions which will enable you to explore the city of Cologne, the Rhineland and the various social facilities and professions.
